Ok, Eli....you've convinced me that all the female talent that have been complaining against you are flakes....but this is a separate issue. What do you say now you are here on XPT to defend yourself to these allegations made by this non talent guy?

I was hoping Ernie wasn't going to do this to himself. But, since Greg's passing (a very good friend of mine as well) Ernie has had a rough go and I know he has some knowledge in the industry. Alternative Modeling was coming upon a merger with a publicly traded company (Amore TV), where I would also be an executive heading up production. I saw a need for someone like him in this company...but the timing wasn't right. Ernie needed help fast, he was broke and living in week by week rental with a friend, he didn't have a car and the mother of his child was screaming for money too. I felt sincerely bad for him. I thought if I could get him in to started helping me pedal some of our content, we could pay him for that.

Sounds good from the outside.

Ernie shows up to the office and asks me if it's okay if he also sells some of his own content. I said, sure no problem. I asked to see what he had for content because AmoreTV might be in a position to purchase content in the coming months.

As he showed me the content, I realized it was Greg Gregorys content and I know that in the settlement that a different company got the sole rights to re-sell the content. Ernie said that he had a re-seller agreement in place. So, I asked him to provide the agreement to me. Repeatedly for 2 weeks. All the while he spent his entire time selling content that was not allegedly legal for him to sell. He wasn't even doing the job I hired him to do at my office at all. I'm not going to get into the details because it's embarrassing that I let it go so long.

I can not be associated with someone who is conducted illegal acts in my building. Sorry, Ernie. Your a good guy and you may deserve the right to resell the content. But, the law is the law. I wish you the best.

I am glad you have put that question to rest....People reselling adult content that they do not have permission/rights to do is just plain bottom feederish they give all people in adult a bad name. By the say hello to Mr. Anthony Mellone Jr at Global Triad, Inc for me.....ask him what ever happened to the idea for having actual female porn stars being board members? My guess….too many flakes…..If he doesn’t remember me I saw him at the Internext (Florida - 2004) exiting the Mens bathroom with a female performer (Chabela – pix attached) who he had promised a seat on the board if as she said “fucked him”. From what I understood that was successfully finalized in a bathroom stall (how classy). Hope these types of incidents are a thing of the past. If it was actually true to begin with.

Update to this post.....Seems like Eli/Ely is having problems paying referral fees to his scouts. As I have received an email from a distraught scout that he owes $500 to. Lesson to be learned from this I told her is not to do business with scumbags.
