WENT OUT TO THE RAINBOW AND KEY CLUB!!!

Went to the rainbow to grub and get drunk!!! Scott Fayner (moron)and Winston Burbank rolled out with me and then we met Jesse Jane, her hubby Rick, August, Tyler Wood (wanna be good male talent), Craven and his girl!!! Oh and val too!!!
Then we all mobbed out to the Key Club. Got a table, ordered drinks, and lite up a joint and listen to 80's music!!! Sweet!!! Metal school rocks!!! It was funny last night. Sometimes metal scholl can suck!!!
Shavo from System of the Down and the Erza from the Wu-Tang Clan here hanging out at the key club too! Shavo is the bomb!!! System of the Down is one of the Top 10 bands out there today! Right on System!!!

She hangs with Shavo(my band was good 4 years ago) from System of a Down and eats at the Rainbow, and never has to fuck for money. She is no joke dawg! She is a real fuckin rock star. I need to kick it with this chick she has all the hook ups and celeb friends. Man I envy her life with ole one ear and her pit bull and bad skin and dirty mistakes that her children will never forgive her for and be humiliated by for the rest of their lives. She is the worst kind of idiot because she really thinks she is that cool and "hard". She's a joke and not a funny one either. THE END

So, if you shoot in the house where you live, all of your rent is a write off?

No. The part of the house that is used *solely* for shooting may be classified as a business expense - written off or depreciated - but the part that's lived in, either full time or part time, is not eligible. "Lived in" means even things like storage, etc.
Likewise shoes, costumes, wigs etc are only business expenses if used for porn things like shoots or appearances and never any other time. If she wears her hooker heels to Wendy's to get burgers then they aren't a business expense.
As for Defiance renting a house for Jesse Jane to live and shoot in - Defiance can treat the entire thing as a business expense by treating her living area as a perk. She then owes taxes at ordinary income rates for it (the amount ought to be the Fair Market Value for rental). There's no free lunch here: if she gets cash or a perk then someone owes taxes: if they're writing it off then she owes the taxes.
There was has been a lot of tax cheating on Home Office expenses in the past so the IRS is pretty hard on it now, and write offs here are asking for an audit.

...of course, i have been audited several times in the last 8 years and am thus now a perpetual candidate/target for future audits for the immediate future, but until the IRS asks me to start producing copies of a "Prescription for Whores", I will keep on keeping on people....
