It might be fair to suggest that part of my disdain for this form of augmentation stems from the fact that my mom, who is a 2-time victim and 40+ year survivor of breast cancer, is now disabled with Lupus from a faulty implant. Though I believe that the problems related to her type of implant have been addressed, certainly the prospect of several surgeries and foreign objects shifting in one's body is rather distasteful. Clearly the decision belongs with Sierra and the other porn girls that will come after [cite XPT rules #33 & 35]. I have "no horse in this race". I only know Sierra from this site. And, in all truth, I'm just an opinionated, over-weight pervert with a teen-fixation who should keep his big fat mouth shut. I don’t get it. WHAT IS THE ATTRACTION? Is there such a great demand/need??
Based on the proliferation of boob jobs in porn there must be compelling economic advantages. Why invest the money and endure the pain if there is no substantial return, no guaranteed payoff?
But, are there really that many porn fans who are so drawn to large breasts, especially fake breasts, regardless of the unnatural look and “anchor†scarring?? Not only are there TOO MANY fake tits, but so many of the boob jobs are so BADLY DONE that the breasts of these unfortunates have lost all beauty and just look AWFUL.
Porn, simply put, is erotic fantasy, and I accept that fantasy defies reality. BUT, should her boobs defy gravity and point straight up in the air when she’s on her back. Should they stay “jiggle-less†when she’s pounded “doggy-style†merely swinging like ponderous pendulums if they EVEN MOVE AT ALL!
While I can easily understand why a “Baywatchâ€-style TV actress would opt for breast enhancement since talentless “B†or “C†actresses like a Pam Anderson or a Gina Lee Nolin have little chance of even a bimbo role if they don’t fill out the bathing suit. (And, you can always rationalize the “balloon tatas†on the beach bimbos as built in floatation devices.)
But, the suit stays on. The scars are always hidden. They don’t fuck a guy while bouncing wildly on top. And, the viewer can’t help but notice that the boobs of the actress getting the "pony ride" defy all rules of Newtonian mechanics.
Arguing that our culture is "large boob obsessed" seems inaccurate to me. I think that most people take in the “whole package†Look at all the attention Paris Hilton gets – What is she? A 34B, maybe? Meg Ryan was an obsession a decade ago; she is no where near a “C†let alone a "DD".
Outside of Demi Moore, is there anyone with fake boobs in the current tabloids?
While flipping through the movie channels, I am very likely to stop if “Frida†is playing and Salma Hayek is showing her “stuffâ€. But, just as likely to stop for Nicole Kidman or Gwyneth Paltrow. I am addicted to “black-spoilation†films with Pam Grier. But, I know the precise jumps on my DVD copy of “New Best Friend†to get to Dominique Swain topless.
On cable soft-core I wonder agape at the natural, national-treasure called Kira Reed. But, Jacqueline Lovell will always be my favorite “CineMax After Dark†girl.
In porn, Tera Patrick is amazing, I have a weakness for Tracy Ryan, and who can help but enjoy the overflowing goodies of Mary Carey and Lisa Sparxx. And, why do I care??
Maybe it’s because I fear the resultant, inexorable and impending nightmare of a future where a 70 year old ex-pornstar grandma who was once called something like >‘fill-in-the-blank’ Lynn < has HUGE perfectly formed breasts on each side of her bellybutton.

wow!! the sad thing is that i know danielle derrik and despite her disfiguring body mutilation that someone told her was surgery...she is a very sweet girl. but regardless, have no fear. when i do "hit puberty" i am only going like a cup size bigger and i will be going through either my belly button or armpit. they will be silione and soft....much like my bff hillary scott! but not quite as big. but close!  and what it this schmegma thing? did i miss something
