I don't want to post any links. But if you look at the original scene, they cut away rather skillfully before she is turned upside down and made to sound like that. I think she knew what was coming, and needed a quick breather beforehand.

That edit cut is disturbing.

Time heals all wounds...except from throat fucking.

It has been nearly 15 years and the sounds Aurora emitted during this scene still haunt, disturb, and curiously arouse me. And the snot bubbles. And near the end when the camera pans down the length of her long, pretty hair to note how much snot and phlegm has collected in it.
