Comment and a question

I don't do observational humor well, not even if you imagine what I'm going to say next as if the Jerry Seinfeld am sayings it. This is more like a sincere confusion about life on mt part. But why is that when you drink until you pass out, you are wide eyed awake a couple of hours after the passing out like I am now? I never understood this. Why does the body shut itself down and then shock you awake like that before a proper rest has been accumulated? What sort of survival mechanism is this? Am I supposed to look up AA in the Yellow Pages with panicky hands now?
This is the real question: Why do you folks make fun of the man what wears tight, white underwear at the bukkake? Is it the context, or are tight, white underwear intrinsically funny?
