Cubs are 1 game away

From the most soul crushing defeat their fans could have imagined. I'm so happy. They have a great young team, and will be a force for a few years, so letting them experience the heartbreak one more time before they win a title seems like the best way to write the story.

A World Series Championship will be celebrated on the pitcher's mound at Wrigley, letting the Cubs fans get a glimpse of greatness. Will be the best World Series celebration since the Yankees celebrated at Shea.

While all Cubs fans are losers, most are not lovable.

They so hard up for great players from their history, they had to have Maddux and Jenkins throw out the first pitch yesterday. Them guys didn't play 1/2 their careers for the Cubs. I would been happier w/ Ernie Banks' widow or kids.
