Yep. You better call up Dwell. Or Apartment Therapy. And what's with the Crate and Barrel bag? No one related to you buys anything nice unless the 99cent Store is using their bags.

I find it very hard to believe you moved out of Babushkua's place without a thread gloating over how you stiffed the movers.

It looks like someone with a plastic bag is looming in the corner, ready to smother that cat. Someone check Panzer's next food thread. Glad meal time is a family effort over there.

I didn't see any soy sauce in the cabinet to go with that cat, but you know he'd just panzer that as well.

Damn, Panzer, you really put some thought into this, didn't you. You actually went out and stole a plate from the diner so it wouldn't look like Babushka's. Well done.

Nice to see that your grandparents are doing so well. They are living in an apartment in their golden years.
Stops stealing money from them.

Thank you for this slice of life, Alex. I was wondering. Would I be welcome in your grandparent's house?

Well, there were pictures in this thread --> <clicky>, but they're gone. How convenient!
They showed (in no particular order):
- some kind of hovel
- all kinds of unclean animals lying around
- a stripper pole
- a worn-out old hag
- a soot-stained ceiling
- some 'furniture'

If you are Black, Mexican, Chinese or anything other than white then the answer is no. Nothing personal but Russian people do not like anything other than white. Besides, what business would you have in my grandparents apartment? The only time when a black person comes to their apartment is when they installed the cable TV or when the radiator needs fixing, they do give $5.00 tip.

I wouldn't come on my own. I would most likely would be your guest. I mean, suppose you and I were buds and just hanging out in NYC. You needed to stop by your Grandparent's for something. It is freezing cold outside and it would be rude to just leave me waiting while you went inside. So you invite me in for a bit while you take care of business.
I could sit down in the den, have tea, and make small talk with your folks.

It's kinda like a drip pan I guess.
The Luzianne tea is what I gave to them because I bought it on Amazon in 4-box purchase and Luzianne tea sucks, so I gave it them.

It had good reviews on Amazon and I thought "Why Not?" so I bought it and was ripped-off by the Southern trickery.

How is it the souths fault that you bought, in bulk, something you've never tried before. A half billion Chinese eat dog, and recommend it, that doesn't make it taste good.

Because they probably bought them expired on the 2-for-1 sale anyway, so what difference does stretching out the shelf life by another month make?
