How about combining rape-fantasy with Gag Factor type stuff.

The premise might be girls who interview at JM for work. Somehow the idea of gagging is introduced [maybe with them being disgusted at watching clips that the interviewer shows them]. The girl stomps out.

He makes a call and says, "She walked. She's all yours."

Guys descend on her, kidnap her and force her to gag.

Operation Snatch & Gag.

There are several Gag Factor scenes with similar themes. One girl supposedly stomps out about the Gag Stool, then the guy she complains to Gag Factors her on the stool. Several start out in the JM office, with the girl supposedly needing $ so lets shoot a scene, or just as a tryout. Michelle Raven is supposedly Gag raped by Thrust in her scene. And, several set up as Gag Factor as a surprise.
