It all depends on the surgeon. Unfortunately, a lot of girls in LA go to chop shops, and cosmetic surgery factories. They get burned, and end up with pretty awful looking boobs. I had mine done in Indiana by a hand surgeon who also does plastic surgery, and I'm very happy with them.

There are different techniques for implants. I had mine done under the armpit, and under the pecs. It's apparently one of the more complicated, and painful procedures. But the result is a more natural looking breast.

And different strokes for different folks. Some guys like 'em. Others don't. No big deal. There's pleny of diversity out there, and people can find pretty much whatever they want these days. I just happen to like my implants. I was a natural C cup anyway, but I was losing my boobs thanks to sports. That really friggin' sucks!

I really don't mind if they're real or fake just how they look really. I think under the muscle is more painful but the breasts are firmer afterwards and probably look nicer.I like girls with really big breasts if possible - not mega huge but big enough that they are really noticeable and may look out of proportion for her body

well pparently the doc agrees with most of you guys
