Sex Boat plays like a cross between "The Love Boat", "Some Like It Hot" and "Pirates". It begins with Mark confronting his wife whose been having an affair with his best friend. He forces the two to have sex in front of him- while he takes pictures. He then kicks his best friend out of the house (after calling him a cocksucker) and ties his wife up outside so she can watch him have sex with two girls by a pool.
Afterwards the wife sees the errors of her ways. The two understand one another and reconcile, but for reasons that weren't clear, the husband decides to send his wife off on a cruise that caters only to women.
Meanwhile, two goons have designs to board this ship which, according to one, "is an all girl cruise with 600 horny, mouth watering broads for six whole weeks". To emphasize just how horny and mouth watering these broads are we are introduced to a supposed underage girl being driven to the cruise that can't help but expose herself to the chauffeur in front of her mother.
Once on the ship the two goons are seen masquerading as women. At first, none of the girls can tell these are men; most of the women sleep in huge community cabins on hammocks, but when one guy is caught eating out some broad, he is then forced to eat another out which starts a chain reaction of these whores all wanting to be fscked.
It doesn't take long for word to get out to the captain (whose also a broad) that "there is a man on board" something that doesn't sit well with her because- as you will find out later, the captain was planning on kidnapping one of the rich bitches anyhow.
During a talent show, one of the guys gets drunk while his friend is mounting a whore. A women decides to expose herself in "dedication to all the men in her life"- a move that causes the drunk guy to expose himself as well since "anything she can do, he can do better", this proves to cost the two stowaways greatly as they are locked up by the "sexy captain".
After all this excitement the captain has a talk to the first mate: something about some ruthless pirates who board ships and rapes women. Coincidentally, the very pirates being talked about are boarding this ship at that very moment. They begin to boink every woman they come across, including the captain. I'm sure you can tell what happens next: the two guys find out about the pirates, somehow elude the pirates that they're actually guys and knock them out after they promise them sex.
Whether or not you like the plot, what's really going to win you over is the soundtrack. Someone needs to write VCX (or whoever still owns the rights) and see about putting it out on CD. The DVD however is an unfortunate letdown: the transfer seems to be from 35mm to VHS to DVD that comes bare bones with terrible audio quality. It's difficult to approve this film, I'd probably recommend seeing it once and maybe settling for the much better Surrender in Paradise (by the same directors).
