Actually the basic aptitude test typically means an unpaid test shoot consisting of 30 nude shots and an on camera interview ending with the talent applicant masterbating to orgasm (or at least acting as such). Is that how you do it? We just get about 100 still and pick the best ones for the site. There is also a long interview process to make sure they are what the company needs and to make sure this is what they want to do. Once everything is finshed,they can be the best whore they can be.
