finding talent in the PNW

I was in about 20 scenes when I lived in LA a few years ago. Now I'm in the Pacific NorthWest, about 100 miles north of Seattle, and looking to shoot my own scenes. Since they shut down the adult jobs section of Craigslist, I am having a really hard time finding talent. Backpages seems to be a bit of a deadzone really. Are there any other porn wannabees up in this area? Any amateur producers have any tips on recruiting amateur talent?

I'm sure I would. Unfortunately a DUI I got in 95 rules that out of the question. Do they still have an adult jobs section in Canadian Craig'slist? Off to check.

If the DUI is the only problem, search online for the form you have to fill out and send to the Canadian Government.

Because it's a criminal record, not just a traffic infraction. The border is a big no-go.

They turn you away at the border. I think they even put you back on a plane if you fly in. Many a cabbie made lots of money driving dopes to NYC after they had to get off the bachelor party bus heading to Montreal.

I know someone who was planning to go rafting from Canada back into Alaska. He said he was going to have to get an FBI background check done because he had a DUI on his record. There was a guy years ago that was shooting when pro-am was the big thing. It was mostly to get him laid. He contacted the ex and told her no matter what scenes she shot, he had to be in the first one. Super pushy. When she told him we were doing our thing, he got pretty pissy. Allure Video, I think.
