From what I understand, they negociate the shirt lift, then they hand them a release. I seem to recall a woman suing over her unapproved appearance in one of the clips.

Thanks Zen, I was wondering this the last time i watched one of their tapes. I still wonder how they get the releases for the in the crowd shirt lifts however but they must have some method for getting those too.

I saw an interview with Joe Francis where he was discussing getting sued by the parents of two fifteen year old and one seventeen year old girl who flashed thier breasts on the street at Mardi gras. The judge threw the case out stating that fifteen years old is old enough to understand what they were doing and they were not tricked into it. Furthermore he (The Judge) said that it is common knowledge that girls show thier breasts at Mardi Gras and that if the parents allowed the girls to go there they were at fault because they should have known that there was nudity and drinking going on and that since the girls showed thier breasts in a crowd on a public street the person or persons who shot the video could not be held responsible for merely filming public acts. It is not illegal to film a crowd in a public place even if the girls were underage. It is also legal in most cities for women to show thier breasts in public. I see girls drinking coffee topless all the time in the summer at this little outdoor cafe in the O.S.U. campus area!
