Looks like a strawberry birthmark, that sucks, but they can remove them these days. She should look into it. It's ugly there.

Birthmark and completely removable - maybe after a few scenes she'll have the loot. A friend in high school had a girlfriend with one of these on her face but much bigger - tragic since her face was otherwise gorgeous. Noticing the mark was like looking into the sun - you had to turn away.
