Mask or no mask... you still need to provide your ID at the shoot. A copy of your ID is kept under federal law 18 USC 2257. If the scene you are in is given to someone else or resold to another company a copy of your ID goes with the content. There's no way to make yourself completely anonymous. Unless you shoot it yourself and never resell the content.

If this is real and anonymity is a concern then adult video is the wrong tree to be barking up since its a VISUAL medium; videos with a girl wearing a mask or not being shown at all are practically nonexistent at least in mainstream porn.
You'd be better off with the sites some of the others mentions (craigslist/humaniplex)
