There is a possibly underage girl working right now in the Tampa Bay area. Here is one ad she has posted on an adult job board:

Hey there,
My name’s Ericka Stone. I’ve done lingerie photo shoots, topless & bikini. Now I need something more exciting & that makes more money. I am 17 but I’m married & emnancipated which is why I could do the other photo shoots. So now I’m looking to do adult videos. So I have attached some pictures. If you’d like to use me in one or a few of your films let me know. Thanks.
Ericka Stone

And here is another

i am ericka and am interested in a bgb scene for 600 as posted, here are a few pics and can be reached at 727-xxx-xxxx

Anybody have any more info on this girl?

Id guess that it is either a police setup, or she really is married and her dumbass husband is behind it, and thinks its legal since they are married.

The marriage part is irrelevant but I wonder if her emancipated status allows her to legally work in porn. Emancipated individuals are adults in the eyes of the law.

the government is pretty clear on this. Anyone under 18 in porn, is child pornography. I had a friend a few years back who was 20 at the time and was arrested for child pornography for having nude pics of his 16 yr old girlfriend. 16 years old or 5 years old the law sees no difference.
