Do u think the same technology could be used to invent a hand with fingers that changes chanels on a tv remote without having to go to all that effort yourself?

I'm waiting for the deluxe model to come out.
It's computer programmed and mounted on wheels. (optional)
It has a super sensitive, variable speed control.
Includes several different attachments that can be used in either the vertical or horizontal position.
It'll shake the perfect mixed drink every time.
It can go to the fridge, open it, pick out your favorite snack or beverage and bring it to you.
I hear that the next years model will pick up your mail and even weed your lawn and garden.
