At least you were smart/sober enough to do it through go-daddy. Some drunk friends and I came up with the best pornstar name, ever, one night. Of course nothing would do but that I register the site right then. Next morning I ran a whois on it (I'd written the particulars on a scrap of paper I found in my pocket). There was all my personal information, likely preserved by google for posterity.

Yeah, Go Daddy was hyping their privacy registration recently, so I did that with every adult site I registered and had already registered.

You moved the registration info on existing sites? Did you move the content, too?
I'm sure jrv or zen will move this, if so I hope they reference where it went. Look at ADT, they are experts at moved threads.

ya you can just change registrars but if you buy with registar.com they are prick heads! easiest way is to renew with go daddy.
Im sad go daddy advertised through the super bowl i liked feeling superior when people paid 30 busks a domain!

I'm in no big hurry. We still have to find the girl to go with the name. I can wait til it expires to renew. I see also where her whois info can be changed, but I bet the old stuff will stay in google. One of the drunken friends is a sucessful makeup artist in mainstream movies in Cali, and thinks we can pick up someone to back up the name at the drop of a hat and some benjamins. Another friend has plenty of benjamins.

Yes, I changed the registration info on MY existing adult domain names to private registration...they had been sitting idle for quite a while now, but I'm ready to begin development.
