You would be surprised at what lengths some producers are willing to go to! All I know is that I am trying my best to put out the best quality swallowing and facial movies.
More is usually better but not always.

It would require clever camera work. Like ass-to-mouth, this is one of those things that is nothing if not proven genuine by a continuous shot.
