The guy who uses the standard of "95% Reckoning" for the stuff he posts is getting sued by someone. First there was a blustery post on his site about how he will win, with some threats about him having to say stuff in open court that will make some people unhappy.

Few days later, he posts that he tried to contact the guy suing him to squash the beef, but received no response.

Little while later, probably after consulting an attorney, he posts about porn not being fun any more, and this will be his last year blogging.

Then he put up a post with a link to a GoFundMe to try and come up w/ the retainer (allegedly $20k).

He's getting slapped down by the guy who runs the Lux companion who, iaccording to Mike, is also a convicted felon who took some shots at "John" from Metro.

With the assistance of Chico Wang I predict that within 60 days the plaintiff will have Mike South's website shut down and then Sean will essentially have porn blogging to himself.

According to South (take this with a boulder of Salt) the plaintiff alleges that South defamed him by saying things like he was fixing his court cases with the help of a friend or a family relative who works in a local prosecutor's office. This supposes that such an allegation, if false, would damage his reputation separately and in addition to his other alleged activities, which remain to be proven.

but Mike would have to find a lawyer to make clever arguments for him and maybe file an Anti-Slapp lawsuit, and South can't even afford condoms on his own shoots.

It would be more accurate to say that I held a mirror up to Hillbilly Mike's behaviors and he didn't like being held accountable so he left (just like he did in other forums he didn't control). He threatened me a number of times for reminding folks of some of his conduct but when that didn't work, he would drop it for awhile. Given all his health issues in recent years, near total lack of assets, and extremely modest income, I see no need to bag on him further but the archives here outline much of what went on between us.
