The Yahoo group is called Fun_with_PSEs or funwithpses. I did some research there, and found that someone there referred to her as a "head case", so funwithpses provides a negative albeit uncorroborated reference. That leaves a reference from ADT, which is positive but also uncorroborated. The ADT recommendation strikes me as more credible since it is far more detailed.
