Appeared aptly (and unintentionally ironically) makes him sound like a GHOST, and the terminology of "had sex" with 101 women translates as He inserted his angry pulsating penis into one of the holes of 101 different women and, maybe, thrusted 2 (two) or 3 (three) times before going on to the next hole/whore...
