Janine had sole custody of her daughter after Jesse left her for Sandra Bullock. Three years later, Jesse came back in Janine's life and said he wanted to be a part of her daughter's life. Janine was happy and said she started making baby books for Jesse since he missed out on the first three years of her life. Janine agreed on joint custody. There aren't that many long lasting marriages where it first started off with the husband leaving his 8-month pregnant wife for his mistress. It won't last and Jesse, not his whore third wife, will be raising the child.

This would never happen if the porn star is a man. You never hear of that ever happening unless if the porn star is a woman. The problem was never porn or the porn environment. The problem was Sandra Bullock can't have children. If Jesse suddenly NOW wants her daughter away from the porn star environment, then pay enough child support so the mother won't have to go back into the porn industry that she tried for so long to leave. He's a multi-millionaire and pays the mothers of his other children child support. But Sandra Bullock can't try to take those children away because there is no porn in their mother's backgrounds.

Given how unstable Janine has LONG been, I suspect Jesse thought she might have gotten pregnant either 1) by one of her tricks or 2) to try and force him to stay with her. There is no evidence that he has ever missed child support payments once Sunny was established as his kid and he gave Janine enough dough to bail her out of her IRS problems that she got into BEFORE they married.

That shoots the shit out of your theory about Sandra/Jesse dropping a dime on Janine post-marriage. Had she used the check to pay off Uncle Sam, she'd still have custody and wouldn't have gone to jail but she decided to buy a new car, a recreational vehicle and a down payment on a house she couldn't afford instead.

As far as who the kid would be better off with, the choices include a women that makes around ten million dollars a movie with no jail record and all sorts of accolades or a woman that makes a few thousand a movie, is still living in a halfway house having pled guilty to tax crimes (for taxes she will still owe once released), and is married to a convicted felon that just so happens to be a white supremacist involved in drug manufacture and weapons crimes. So, this is the deal....Jeremy and I started filming my new Vivid movie Tuesday....we were ready, focused and detemend to do our best. We NEEDED to....our livelyhood depended on the movie...which is the reason my lawyer up in Or. fought so hard to get it approved. The movie was given the green light....we talked bout bringing our personal bedroom life out to the public and we were nervous and sceptical to say the least but we knew it was going to be a long, cold, winter without funds coming in. So we gave it out best shot....problem was our best just wasn't good enough. I pulled the plug bout a 1/2 hour after our b/g scene was completed. I was notified by the director it just was not up to parr. So, to me, that was my que to packup and exit....hand in hand with my husband. No hard feelings....shit happens. We're now onto plan "B" which consists of being flat broke, surrendering our car, and selling our furniture.

I head out tomorrow for Portland where I will be spending upto 4 months at an all womans halfway house for "violating my probation". Jeremy will be selling the stuff here and on ebay then heading off to Lancaster to be near his kids. When I am released I will meet up with him there. We're both on "a mission" of sorts....something totally outta the box. I'm excited.....everything is a mystery just the way I like it. My mom works about 10 blocks away from the halfway house so I'll be well taken care of.

As far as "the porn world" and will I return....I really don't know. I hope not, because if I do that means I'm too chicken-shit to do anything else. Let's just wait and see.

I'll talk to you guys as soon as I'm allowed internet access....til then talk to Jeremy. He'll let u know whats going on. I love you guys more then you'll ever realize. Thanks for having my back no matter what!

Im sure what happened was she was offered the "deal" of quitting porn, or going to prison/halfway house, and she chose to quit porn, and then thought she could get away with it with no one finding out. Simple really. You can be sentenced to all kinds of weird stuff, when you agree to it, to avoid prison, etc.

Discovery Channel covered all of this in an episode around the time when Janine left. That episode also blamed Jesse as the sole reason for that divorce. *his own show* said it wasn't Janine's fault.

The conviction was in juvenile court but enough money was involved that had he been over 18 it would have it have been a felony in an adult court.

He's highly regarded for building customized motorcycles that sell for well over $100k apiece, has had a couple successful (there's that word again) TV series, 5 clothing lines, designed tools, had/has licensing deals with Huffy Bicycles & Coors Brewing among others, has recently been honored with his own street for all the contributions he's made to his home town, etc, etc.

How do you define success? This about covers it for me.

Custody is decided in favor of the _child_, not the parents. I bet she can get a lawyer to argue in court that since she and Jesse had custody at time of divorce, she can retain custody after divorce. Courts strongly favor biological parents, but when the biological parents are not suitable as in this case, well, that's where new case law comes from.

Hey, this is California, where you can be ordered to pay alimony even when not married. Some Family Court judges really do care about the "child's best interests" part and would love to do anything to avoid sending the kid to Janine or Jesse, if Bullock's lawyers found a way to do it.

Assuming there is no case law against it her odds are very poor of course. But if there's any risk of her paying child support - also unlikely but you never know in CA - it's worth spending $150k on a lawyer to see if she gets lucky.

As for Jesse asking for custody: it's all about the money. Jesse will definitely ask for custody to avoid paying child support. Janine will definitely ask for custody in order to get child support. Lefty stays with Janine or skips town depending on whether she gets child support.

So far she hasn't filed for divorce so all of your scenarios are a little far fetched. Bullock has the world in her hands right now and her career wouldn't be hurt one bit if she did stay with him. She's well liked in the industry and her success has nothing to do with her marriage.
