How much would it cost? is it still in the four-digit range or higher?

I'm asking because ze blackie next to Willie Tanner could be my dad's dad. He's an occupation child and got bullied because of his skin colour since he was born.
He never met him and was really angry that he left my grandmother alone. He retired as a chimney sweep in June and wants to make peace with old demons.
