There's enough evidence to sentence them for obscenity but not enough for the murder attempts involving his xxxtreme wrastling division back in the day? Got to love this country. (I'm too lazy and retarded to search for all the details of the attemptd murder, beating extortion, whatever the hell exactly went on. a quick search turns up the assult and thumb severing of wrestler "Messiah" but I seem to remember other such inscidents. I'm sure someone else could re account them more eloquently than my hack ass could.)

Well...considering I said "Messiah was beat up in his home and his thumb was cut off" then yeah. I remember hearing about Black putting out a contract hit on one of his wrestlers too unless I'm full of shit. Pretty sure Paul Haymen put out like $40,000 to have one of his boys offed at one point too but that never materialized.
