I see a slow migration of a few companies that don’t already have a foothold in the South Florida region heading into town. Just to try and drive the whores prices even lower and the state naturally trying anyway they can to set some type of legal precedent to somehow outlaw it and thus having commercial shooters pack their bags up once again and to go back to the valley.

Whats your prediction for the coming year? in porn that is....

1. Some girl who doesn't need one will get a boobjob.
2. A chicken fried steak and a side order of mashed potatoes will both put Christian on their no list.
3. Peter North will have a hair out of place. The cameraman that films this wins the Nobel Prize for physics.
4. A terrible tragedy occurs during a shoot when a house being used for a shoot high on a bluff above the Pacific Ocean slides into the ocean due to the excess grease and oil in Nick Manning's ponytail. The entire porn business goes bankrupt due to the combination of fines levied by the Environmental Protection Agency and being ordered by the courts to pay for the clean up of the resulting oil slick in the Pacific Ocean.

Have you ever had any clients who challenged the validity of their "contracts" with an agency. I would think that any contract that called for aperson to work in unsanitary conditions and in violation of blood borne pathogen laws would be unenforcable. Could a performer be held in breach of contract for refusing to work under these conditions? Is it possible to enforce any "so called contract" that calls for someone to have unprotected sex with a third party?
