Feature Dancing

I was wondering, what is the average a girl gets paid from the club to feature there. I know different girls command different rates but on average what do they get. And does the club make the hotel and travel arrangements or is that left up to the performer? Do they also take a piece of any merchandise the performer may want to sell as well?

From what I understand it's the girls (or her agent) who books the gig. Pay varies from club to club. Some don't pay features at all. Most features make their money from selling videos and taking pictures and dances of course.

It seems like if the clubs could get features for free and advertise them (if they could be counted on to show), there would be a lot more features coming to Houston.
