The exact reasons for his death are still unknown, so until it has been made clear of exactly how it happened and those close to him (family and in the biz if anyone does) are informed i don't want to get into exact details. I really shouldn't of said anything to begin with.

Okay i got the news in, he overdosed on pills it appears it was a an apparent suicide. I guess the weight of living with HIV became too much for him. Lets just remember him for the man he was, lets keep all those good memories. Sad day, sad day indeed.

No DNA analysis was done after Marc was outted to show who he did and didn’t infect. But, the series of HIV+ results “mysteriously” stopped after he was booted. How many were his fault could be more than four (girls frequently just drop out of sight anyway) or less (neither Brooke Ashley nor the French girl Delfin were reputed to spend their off-the-set hours in Sunday school, and Jordan reportedly escorted).
The original Luke Ford (not Fayner) is the one that called out Marc in public and got him banned. Luke didn’t discover this himself: others in the industry had to know and the rumor got back to Luke. Say what bad things you will about Luke, and there are bad things to say, but there should always be an asterisk to his credit that says “but, he did put a stop to Dick’o’Death”.
Rumor has it that Marc’s viral load was very high when he was finally tested – he had probably been infectious for many months prior to being caught. It may be fortunate the toll wasn’t much higher.
Marc was working for Elegant Angel when this all came out. I don’t know if Patrick Collins ever commented on his test practices as a result of this.
Marc did do some gay videos early in his career but that was many, many years earlier. I’ve never seen a claim that he wasn’t just “gay for pay”.
Offhand the only other “familiar” male performer in het porn who has tested HIV+ that I can think of right now is Tony Montana. But I believe he was not accused of hiding his status or faking his test results, and I don’t think any other HIV+ infections were ever traced back to him. From memory I think he was entirely different case and I wouldn’t hold it against a company for giving Tony a job somewhere.

I often feel like the "Not Dead" section should expire after a certain period of time, since there seems to be a lot of activity "Oh my god, I read on such and such that so and so is dead!" and then just confusion when people see the rumor residuals... (i.e. Tammi Ann, Christy Canyon, Marc Wallice all have these in the IAFD) but fixing that code hasn't been super high on the list...

That pic is crazy. At first I thought the guy/girl (who knows these days) second from the left was like 10 feet back in the background, but she has her arm and hand on the waist of the guy/girl on the far left so they must be side by side. She is dwarfed by the others. Not good, not good at all.
