For what it's worth, back in my video licensing/distribution days, I actually had the rights to 'Tara Patrick AKA Filthy Whore' from the same series. I changed the 'Tara' to 'Tera', and then the BBFC refused to issue me a certificate unless I changed the title (including those on the movie itself), so I put it out as 'Totally...Tera Patrick' (Details HERE)

I can't tell you how shocked I was to walk into a sex shop a few months later and see 'White Trash Whore' all certified and on the shelf, let me tell you!

I guess some people get Jeff's particular brand of humour, and some don't...
