Jeff and Max face 40 and 50 years respectively for making films with consenting adults. This motherfucker, the self-proclaimed "king of child pornography," gets only 10. And this is in Utah, of all places. From AdultFYI:

Kirk A. Swearingen also will be on probation for life after pleading guilty to one count of possessing child pornography.
Swearingen, 46, was arrested last year after he tried to use false information to rent a Salt Lake City apartment. During that investigation, detectives found computer discs with child pornography.
Federal law enforcement officers say Swearingen told agents he was the "king of child pornography."
