I am thinking of starting a new rubber doll compamy called PHUCK IT! (I'm serious); I have three artists interested in making life-like latex rubber dolls for only $500 each.
My problem is our first doll may be Claire James. I have consulted a lawyer who says making a doll of Claire is okay as long as she has not trademarked herself.
