At the top of their game, a porn whore might be making 200G's a year assuming she is doing everything right. Since they almost never pay taxes, that is more like $350k to people like you and me.
All the porn girls seem to get their cars repossessed and to be living in shoddy apartments. Then there are the lot of them who live with their porn pimp agents.
All this said, I am going to give some advice to the porn whores:
- Buy a car outright that you can afford. Don't make payments. You will have your car taken away and lose your $20,000 down payment.
- Every five cum loads you take, you should try to save the money from the last one for your future. You will only make porn for maybe 5 years, but you will have years of doctors bills from the cancerous warts eating your vagina and ass walls.
- Pay taxes! That means you have to take one out of every 3 checks and stash it away and pretend you don't really have that money. Then, at the end of the year, you see who 1099's you and file only that much as your income. Hey... It's a start right?
- Save 25% (one out of four cum loads in the ass to simplify it for you) for long term housing - you know, something you might want to buy out of state in places like Utah. Keep in mind if you don't pay taxes, they can come take your house away, so only save for a house if you are following the other rules. If you can't pay for the house in cash, consider a small condo because when you don't make payments, they come and take your house away too.
- Consider using your flexible schedule to get an education. Can you imagine most of these girls 5 years from now? In porn girls in their 20's can age to look like 30's or 40's in 2-3 years. I've seen a lot of girls when they first come in playing 18-19 year olds at 23-24, a few years later they are playing milf's. Anyway, figure out what your fallback career is.
For the record, the guys in the studios or your agents don't want you to realize any of this. They want you to cling to dreams that you will be the next Jenna or Tara and "make it". Yeah just spend all that money! Look! It never ends!!! As long as you are poor and worthless, you will keep coming back for more... When you are desperate and needing a quick fix, they will hire you for half your normal rate.

Hm. A business as a financial consultant to porn actresses. I'd either go broke or get rich - nothing in between.
Honestly, though. As an academic, I can tell you, from what I've seen in the "interview" segments of recent porn films (admittedly a poor indicator), these girls, on average, don't seem any less bright than the average business major undergrad. Emotional problems, maybe, although that may be pumping a stereotype. Still. They could easily use the money and flexible schedule to get through school and still have spare cash for a nice wardrobe.
I'll just keep myself warm wishfully believing that the girls who show up and work for like two years then disappear are doing exactly that.
I'm telling you, someone could make a fortune hiring out as one of those "life manager" types to the skin flick set.

You forgot the part between (finds Jesus) and were the ex-whore goes on the talk show circuit(and The 700 Club and TBN, also, if she did find Jesus) talking about how the porn producers and male talent raped her, stripped her of her dignity, turned her into a drug abuser, and treated her like a dog. fuck i hate status symbols, essentially because if you need a status symbol you have no status to represent. the worst is people who want a german car yet can only afford the entry model, best exemplified with people who drive porsche boxters. boxters just scream out "i'm too poor to buy a 911 because i failed in life". if you've worked your whole life and the best you can get is a 3-series, don't buy a beamer. don't highlight your shortcomings thinking you're getting a status symbol.
