What exactly is a Sportswami??

In an attempt to at least do something remotely productive in my mixed/manic phase of my bi-polar II this a.m., I decided to go on a quest to discover the meaning and origin of the title "sportswami" -- having at one time been noted to one and all as a "sportswami wannabe".

My interest was piqued by the fact that a smiley engaged in suicide is coded as "sportswami:

A quick "google" reveals no easy answers. But, I did discover that this was/is a "handle" on AdultDVDTalk where some XPT posters [or those using the same IDs] have also posted [eg., Cleetus VanDamme, Dean Wormer].

So was this a poster here or elsewhere who committed suicide OR was so irritating that you only WISHED s/he would OR is there an entire other explanation?

He was a poster here before my time. I believe THIS thread is what permanently placed him in xpt lore.

he's got a myspace, strangely enough he accepted a friend request from me but i had to delete him for spamming bulls/blog-stuff. happy hunting. chris o'connor from quincy, MA.

"body shots and money shots" was the name of his program he actually had to pay to be broadcast over the internet. shoot me for retaining this information. just shoot me in the face.
