i am of the opinion that the litmus test of any porn photog should lie in their ability to make some of the "less attractive" girls look strokeworthy. i am amazed at this pic of nina hartley. she looks so pretty! i know everyone calls her a "legend" and all, and i guess she is one, but in most cases i think the term "legend" usually means that person is, uh, well past their prime {insert pic of 24 year- old ( ) lori lust <here>. gia, perhaps you should invite luke over for some organic green tea and some photography tutorials.

I'm working on getting in shape again-- I'm back on my stupid boring diet and I'm excercising every day-- spinning, boot camp, yoga, you name it. I'm hoping to lose 15 lbs by the AVN show. If I do, I'll model again... but I'm not doing full nudity. Sorry!

Do you get your subjects away from the massed throng of porn journalists/fanboys, as I can't help but notice how much more colour and texture there is in your shots compared to Luke Ford's which look kind of bleached/blanched out (which I'm guessing is due to the multitude of other flashguns being fired off in the near vicinity as he takes his shot).

Glad you liked the shots of Sasha and Sophie. It was my first time meeting Sasha and we had a few amazing conversations on my downtime that night.

Often when I shoot, there are flashes going off from 20 other photogs squeezing in trying to get their shot. It's just part of the territory. Last night I shot in Vegas and there must have been 60 photogs pushing me out of the way to get a shot of Floyd Mayweather. I wasn't the only hot chick photog. One stomped on me with her Gucci stillettos but I blocked any camera damage with my Chloe bag. I just find ways to adjust. I'm still learning and have a long way to go.

I hope that girl didn't pop an implant.

And nothing exposed badly (Luke seems to almost always overexpose). Even Presley Maddox looks good despite wearing a black outfit and posing in front of a white background.

All the skin tones look great, which is Photoshop or RAW processing skillz. Even more impressive since I assume there's no time to use a gray card or anything like that.

Gia, your pics are cool. If you want to maybe turn pro as a photog then get some books/DVDs (there are some very cool ones out there), take some classes and learn all the extra details it takes years of experience to learn otherwise.

Then all you'll have to worry about is Holly pushing you down the stairs 'cos you're stealing all her business!
