I'm no photoshop expert, but I can say being there the day said pic was taken. If there was photoshop work done it didn't drastically change Naomi's look. I witnessed Naomi do that awkward looking arched back pose many times for a lot of cameras. I also saw her stomach caved in like that many times as well.
