The files for his cases are all online, which I have been tracking. Here is the real scoop to date:
Doony was living in a trailer park in 2020. He kept a boat on the property along with his trailer. The park told him to remove the boat as it was not allowed, per the signed agreement. Doony did not like this and attacked the park's management with a series of webpages, wikis and social media. He accused everyone involved as being pedophiles, etc. Doony and his wife were then sued and accused of libel, and had no choice but to settle given the overwhelming evidence. In the settlement, he agreed in June 2022 that "the Plaintiffs are likely to succeed on the merits of this action and that irreparable damage to the Plaintiffs is imminent unless this Court restrains and enjoins the Defendants." He also agreed to hand over ownership of all of his webpages, wikis and social media. I am guessing that this caused serious strain in his relationship with his wife.
Nantita (Doony's current wife also known as Heather Deep) accused him of hitting her in May 2022. He was arrested and given a no contact order and an order for him to move out of their house, while she was able to stay in the house. This really pissed him off. The case went to trial and Doony won in November 2022 -- the jury reached a not guilty verdict.
Doony initiated divorce from Nantita in June 2022. During this ongoing divorce, Nantita has been provided multiple lawyers from the Help Now organization which supports victims of domestic violence. Doony, who is broke, cannot afford a lawyer and is pursuing the divorce Pro Se. The judge ruled that Dooney's two children with Nantita would reside with Nantita during the divorce, and later ruled that Dooney could not see them. When he did it was on the court's terms. This made him ballistically mad.
His first reaction was to file motions in typical Doony rants. He first accused Nantita of abusing their kids and demanding the judge to give him the kids. When that failed, his motions claimed child abuse happened, and that Nantita and her layers (all female) and the judge (female) formed a female cabal colluding against him. This approach failed.
Doony took the next step in his attempt to bully the court into giving him his children by filing lawsuits against (1) Nantita, (2) the judge and (3) Nantita's lawyers. Also, Dooney discovered that Nantita had a live-in boyfriend so Doony sued him too. These lawsuits are all currently open, however none seem to have have any merit. All will be eventually thrown out.
Doony, angered by still not getting his way, next started his usual onslought of web page, wiki, and social media attacks against all involved:

YouTube ChannelThese attacks doxed the judge's family, and made horrendous accusations including pedophilia and child abuse for all involved. He repeatedly states that his attacks will end only if the judge gives him his kids and removes herself from the divorce case.
On November 29 2023, Doony was arrested and charged with felony extortion of a judge, and felony threats or harassment of a judge. His court appointed lawyer revealed, in a plea to have him released from jail, that his penalty could be life in prison, and that the judge ruled that he is not to be released from jail. He also applied for indigent status claiming he has no income at all, and his only asset is a car worth $1,000.
During the execution of a search warrant at his home to take all computer devices, the officer had a conversation with Doony's current Thai girlfriend (known as Cute Swinger). She agreed to go to the station for an interview. During the interview she said that he forced her to have sex on camera and to post it online. She said he threatened to dox her and her family and friends if she did not. When she threatened to leave him, he took her passport and credit cards.
Later on November 29 2023, Doony was charged with felony human trafficking. He was then given a no-contact order which he signed agreeing to not contact his current girlfriend with whom he shares a very young child. However, that night he called her three times from jail telling her to "drop the charges." He also apparently called his uncle to have him put additional pressure on her.
On December 1 2023, he was charged with felony tampering with or harassing a witness/victim.
On December 7 2023, he was charged with aggravated misdemeanor cyber intimidate threaten harass bodily harm, and aggravated misdemeanor follow/harass/cyberstalk another. This is for harassment of the judge.
On December 7 2023, he received 2 more charges identical to the paragraph above for harassing the judge's daughter.
In summary:
- He cannot contact his wife and cannot see their two kids. She lives in his place with her new boyfriend.
- He cannot contact his girlfriend and cannot see their infant child.
- There is an older child from a previous marriage that he now cannot see.
- He is potentially facing life in prison.
- His bonds, when added up, appear to be around $110,000+.
- He is being permanently held in jail.
- He has no income at all.
These are all just charges, and he should be considered innocent until proven guilty. I can imaging he will once again make a plea deal.
