OK, i'm calling bullshit on several things this guy just said.

i've never, ever heard of a urine sample being necessary for 8-year old athletics, much less one where someone observes it like an NFL steroid-test. you get a physical from your doctor or HMO and hand them a sheet of paper. if you're older than i am, things might have been slightly different, but there's no chance someone was standing over you to make sure you were a good little peer. for the last 40 years, doctors give you a cup and tell you to take it to the bathroom unless it's to test for banned-substances and to make sure you aren't smuggling fake urine.

i've played sports all my life, football and lacrosse and the latter one for most of college. nobody pees on each other, that's absolutely unheard of unless you're the "screech" of your peer group. to suggest that happened with regularity is total bullshit.
