You are woefully incorrect about communism not caring about race. I could argue that communism is more fixated on race than just about any other ideology.
1. Trotsky, one of the main architects of the communist uprising in Russia was absolutely obsessed with race. He even justified genocide against various subgroups of ethnic Russians because they were "racistov."

2. Communism advocates for the mixture of different races because it destroys social cohesion and results in a loss of traditional cultural beliefs and values. By breaking down the old values and identities, it's much easier to replace them with the new communist ideal. And if a culturally or racially homogeneous group resists? Call them racist and exterminate all of them. Yes, commit genocide against the racists. I have no doubt you'll see this different;y and try to offer up some kind of moral justification to excuse their actions.

You view communism as this wonderful ideal that can be achieved if "we just try" or some silly shit like that. Have you ever talked to someone who grew up under communism?
