From my reading it seems that Dominican Republic(Sosua) is the best all around spot right now for most americans if you factor in the travel time, air fare, hotel costs, costs of girls. Alot of trip reviews I read said the woman treat mongers like they are celebrities ,at least till they get paid. Personally I don't like DR girls. If I'm not looking at white chicks then I'm all over the asians.
