Yep, 2003 sounds about right. My one buddy kept creeping in the woods next to the parking lot to try and watch chicks pee. Same guy used to drop his pack of smokes, while waiting at a bar, so he could bend over and sniff chicks' asses.

Same place, in early '03.
Was on the grass and pissing discreetly onto soil below.
Had to move to a different locale once the people in front of us started wondering why their blanket was getting wet.
