no one has any or at least is acting as if they actualy have any $$$....so it is very hard to get blood from a turnip. no matter how as case comes to court....

we want to sue X company for 10 Billion.....but X company is already in Bankruptcy proceedings.....hey if you like pennys on the dollar (if at all) then be my guest!
