IN Florida is is viewed as the same as Attempted Murder. In many cases it can be set up as being pre-meditated, which is bad shit. There is a case in Georga Lower Courts currently where a prostitute who was knowlingly positive made appointments three weeks in advance, which whoed mallace and thought on her part. She did not infect anyone, however she is looking @ a possible 40 year term because of the fact that she has the potential to kill many others than just the JOHN that she saw.
