I thought the AIM test was required by law, correct or incorrect?

AIM was set up under the pretence that if the industry effectively would police itself to some degree the government wouldn’t have to step in and intervene and enact such a law and other subsequent regulations....as such as is it is on the books for brothel workers in Nevada...if I am correct. They have to be tested on a regular schedule to work any of the licensed brothels.

Anytime body fluids/secretions are a part of the deal I would advise all performing personnel to have current up to date paperwork….

Its more of a Cal OSHA….unwritten law…..if anything……outside of knowing who you’re potential partner’s current status is.

I really am quite surprised by now after the significant amount of posts dealing with this topic on here and other forums that no one has yet to grasp this concept that their actually is no actual law making testing mandatory just as 2257’s is for age verification in porn.
