What you two basically need to do is start digging through foreign porn- because a lot of foreign porn that "features" a particular whore is basically that. For some it might only get up to some bizarre rope-play, and for others it might entail eating bugs. The good news for you if you follow this avenue is that there is tons of material to discover whereas for most other studios (and/or countries) it's either limited or still in the process of being created.
The biggest downside of this will be expense and time. Since it depends on lots of research, trading (via mail and VCD trades) it will be a project unto itself: most of the really good stuff is really really hard to get and somehow ends up with non-Japanese traders- the plus side is how huge the rewards are.

I think the last American outtake of this I saw was something along Tiffany & Cumpany which perhaps doesn't follow what you want so closely but features 1 particular whore doing a number of things ranging in intensity.
