After some difficulties, I was able to read a few snippets. One of those was the following:

I'm not going to search for it, but I know for sure that her mother DC* Desi Foxx claimed (on XPT) that she (Desi) didn't want Elli to do IR. This was not long ago.

Maybe Elli decided for herself? Or, the rent is due?
