Yeah, so if that's still the case that new faces are showing up into those agencies, I wonder why american producers and shooters aren't venturing up there like they used to. Seems like there was a breakdown in the system at some point, or perhaps its just as simple as a lack of ROI shooting there, human resources issues aside.
