Cruel and terrible show...addicts should just be allowed to hit rock bottom, then either die or pull themselves up on their own (which ultimately is the ONLY way any of them survive.) Interventions just corner an already fucked up animal, and get them to do something for all the wrong reasons, namely to just get everyone off their fucking back.

Last month, I gave Duff a story for his chronicle of weirdness, where I told him about a night in Vegas I had with a stripper/escort friend who unfortunately happened to be in really bad withdrawal from Vicodin and Percs.

Bottom line, feed the need....everyone is happier as a result.
