If Ceara were you, Papercut, and got caught using same/similar IPs, I doubt Jeff would allow Tony to even confirm it let alone ban her. That doesn't mean Jeff would do it as a good deed, per se. And, though there is the apparent stone-cold evidence of the screen capture of you both on-line, I could easily be two people with the use of a connection thru an unprotected wireless router and intelligent use of WinIPCfg. I have OFTEN done this to gain access to [ServiceToRemainedUnmentioned] to circumvent their rules when IP address is tracked to limit use.
