Real 'porn stars' are the chicks that are contract girls for the mainstream studios that produce features and/or R-rated movies for cable.

I think that whores getting into the online sex industry to make a few bucks - because they have no other marketable skill - just like to call themselves 'pornstars' to help them justify the fact that they are willing to let gonzo producers use the 'dignity extractor' (I love that term!) on them for a few bucks.
