I'll tell you this. This guy is opening himself to perjury. Everyone knows what a snake he is.

Today, he didn't show up to court. He sent in a legal representative on his behalf. The trial date is set on November 22, 2006.

I anticipate that half of Porn Valley will attend. Everyone that knows him is aware he's a snake. It'll prove interesting.

In my humble opinion, whoever wrote this affidavit with him is either a moron or an imbecile. But we will see.
